Trained in Civil Engineering at the Escola Politécnica at the Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA), Bernardo Gradin has an MBA from The Wharton School and a Master’s in International Studies in Politics. Bernardo had a career in the Odebrecht Group, where he rose to be President of Braskem. Member of Abiquim, CNI and CNPEM.
Graduated in Economics at PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo) and MBA in Finance at Insper-SP. Previously, held the position of CFO at Enesa Group and worked in the Financial Market focusing on Corporate Banking and Credit.
Graduated in Law at UNIFACS, and took specializations courses in Tax Law at Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Tributário (IBET), in Procedural Law at Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA) and in infrastructure law at FGV. Also, he has a Master´s degree in Civil Law from PUC-SP. Carlos had career in the Odebrecht Group (at Braskem and Odebrecht Ambiental S.A.). Carlos was a member of Associação Brasileira de Terminais Portuários (ABTP).
Graduated in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA), holds MBA in Business Management from FGV and is post-graduated in Executive Development Program from Kellogg School of Management in Chicago. Before GranBio, was Industrial Manager in several plants from Braskem.
Holds a chemical engineering degree in School of Chemical Engineering of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, with post-graduation in Economy of Energy of Coppe, Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and specialization in petrochemical process engineering by Petrobrás. João developed his career at Braskem where he led the process and technology engineering department for the Basic Petrochemicals Business Unit, responsible for the performance of the four major petrochemical sites and the Green Ethilene plant. He joined GranBio in December 2011 to develop the Bioflex 1 greenfield project.
