The GranBio Committee has the autonomy and independence to investigate, assess and judge cases of violation of our Code and enforce the appropriate disciplinary sanctions. Its members are also responsible for sharing knowledge, answering questions and providing guidance on compliance with the Code.
GranBio’s Ethics Committee has the following members:
Paulo Nigro has worked for more than 40 years in large multinational and national companies, in the domestic and international markets (Brazil, Canada, USA Italy and Western Europe).
CEO since 1998 at Tetra Pak, Aché, Intercement, InConnection and GranBio.
Officer at several companies and NGOs in Brazil and abroad.
Mechanical engineer from FAAP with an MBA in administration from Mackenzie.
Guilherme Refinetti joined the Gran Group in 2011 and has held several positions in the group. Today he works as the leader of the Family Office, CCO of GranEnergia Investimentos S.A. and CFO of GranBio Investimentos S.A.
Guilherme has more than 15 years of professional experience in the financial area, especially in the management of Family Offices. He started his career at the Suzano Group and worked for 6 years at Braskem S.A.
Graduated in Business Administration from FGV/SP and post-graduated in Finance from INSPER/SP.
Legal Director of GranBio, he holds a law degree from UNIFACS, with a specialization in Tax Law and Procedural Law from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), and specialization in Infrastructure Contracts from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He is currently a Master’s student in Civil Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC).
Before joining the GranBio team, Carlos worked at the Odebrecht Group (Braskem and Odebrecht Industrial), in addition to being a member of the Legal Committee of the Brazilian Association of Private Terminals and the Defense and Prerogatives Commission of OAB-BA Lawyers.
